White Chocolate Cheesecake

Preparation time: 1 hour
Cooking time: Refrigerate overnight

Dough

2 ½ cups biscuits
½ cup shredded coconut
100g butter, melted
500g cream cheese
250ml cream
200g white choc, melted
125g caster sugar
2 tsp gelatine, dissolved
Zest, lime

Method
-----------
Crush biscuits mix butter, coconut, biscuits. Press into springform pan. Set in fridge.
Whip cream cheese, cream, white choc, sugar, gelatine at end. Pour into base. Set in fridge.
