300g self-raising flour
100ml water (or lemonade)
100ml cream
Cream, for serving
Jam, for serving
Method

Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
Mix flour, water and cream together with a knife. Try not to overwork the mixture and use the knife to do the work and incorporate.
Tip out onto floured surface. Roll and shape into desired thickness, once again try to not overwork. Cut into squares with a knife or use a cookie cutter to cut into rounds.
Bake in oven for 12 minutes.
Serve with cream and jam.
