Ingredients

175g butter
300g choc (mix of bars and chips)
400g sugar
3 eggs
100g cocoa
125g flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Salt, pinch
Method

Melt butter and 1/3 of choc together. Add sugar. Whisk eggs and vanilla in.
Fold in cocoa, flour, salt, remaining choc (unmelted).
Spread into lined pan (9 x 13 inch). Into Preheated 180 degrees preheated oven for 30 minutes. When inserting skewer, should be moist but not wet.
