Lobster Rolls

Ingredients

8 brioche rolls
400g cooked lobster meat, shredded
1 tbsp fresh chives
Salt
1 lemon
Wasabi mayo
Kimchi
Iceberg lettuce
Black sesame seeds

Method
-----------
Combine lobster with mayo, chives, salt, lemon to taste.
Butter the brioche, and toast. Layer with lettuce, kimchi and then lobster mix from above.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
