Banana Bread

Ingredients

225g self-raising flour
165g brown sugar
190g dark choc chips (optional)
1 tsp bicarb soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp mixed spice
3 bananas, mashed
250ml milk
100g butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, fan forced. Line a loaf tin.
Mix together all of the dry ingredients.
Mash the bananas, and mix with milk, butter, eggs and vanilla bean paste.
Fold in the wet into the dry.
Pour into lined loaf tin, and bake for 40-50 minutes in preheated oven or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
