Miss Chows & VoiceworksPLUS

This was a collaboration with Miss Chows Perth to raise money with a WA charity called VoiceworksPLUS. The aim was to support their program for people with disabilities.

I worked with the Miss Chow’s team on this to develop a four course meal for over 160 guests. This was paired with wines to compliment each course.

The menu included:
Scallop ceviche, fennel, caviar, chilli and yuzu vinaigrette
Flame torched red emperor, shaved spring greens, Miss Chow’s chilli blend
Wagyu Beef G5, shimeji mushrooms, onion petals and yakiniku sauce
12 hour lamb shoulder, heirloom carrots, Korean glaze, salt bush and rice puff
Meringue shards, mango and strawberries with passionfruit

Together we raised over $35k for the one day! Many thanks to all the sponsors for the day, and of course Miss Chow’s for putting up their time with the team, venue and chefs.
