Low Key Chow House

My first hometown popup, it was a natural choice to do this one at Low Key Chow House as they already serve the type of food that I like to cook and eat.

Over two nights, we put on a 6-course menu, that reimagined some of the all-time favourites. We also flambed the drunken Chivas Regal ribs!

The menu included:
Salmon sashimi, grapefruit, ginger, honey, coriander
Pork dumplings, chilli, kaffir lime
Derek’s Korean fried chicken, bao bun, slaw
Beef short ribs, honey soy, Chivas Regal whisky glaze
Fried rice, crab, garlic, coriander
Crispy catfish crumble, apple, celery, nahm jim salad
Peanut parfait, chocolate crumb, strawberry

With both nights selling out, it was great to see the restaurant packed to the brim and enjoying some delicious food and drink!
